  • Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and images of our bags as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer or to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders and Billing

  • Accuracy of Account: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

  • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. This may include orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing/shipping address.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images (including the artwork on our bags), and software, is the property of Sonaar Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

  • You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our products or designs without express written permission from us.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Sonaar Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance processes.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Our return policy lasts [e.g., 5 or 10] days. If the specified period has gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your bag must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Security seal should not be broken or removed.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Sonaar Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our products or website.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India / Maharashtra

  • We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
